Summary

CVE-2023-43114 is a vulnerability affecting Qt before versions 5.15.16, 6.x before 6.2.10, and 6.3.x through 6.5.x on Windows. This issue arises when the GDI font engine fails to perform adequate length checks while loading a corrupted font using QFontDatabase::addApplicationFont{FromData}. Consequently, applications using these vulnerable Qt versions may encounter crashes due to this unchecked font data.
