Summary

CVE-2023-4310 is a command injection vulnerability affecting BeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access (PRA) and Remote Support (RS) versions 23.2.1 and 23.2.2. An attacker can exploit this issue through a malicious HTTP request, bypassing authentication and executing underlying operating system commands within the context of the site user. Successfully exploiting this vulnerability could lead to significant security risks. This issue has been resolved in the updated version 23.2.3.
