Summary
CVE-2023-42792 is a security vulnerability affecting Apache Airflow versions prior to 2.7.2. This issue enables authenticated users with limited access to certain DAGs to craft manipulative requests, granting them write access to resources for unauthorized DAGs. Consequently, users could clear unintended DAGs, leading to potential data loss or unintended modifications. To mitigate this risk, Airflow users are urged to upgrade to version 2.7.2 or later.
