Summary

CVE-2023-4247 is a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability affecting the GiveWP plugin for WordPress. Versions up to and including 2.33.3 are impacted by this issue. The root cause is the lack of proper nonce validation on the 'give_sendwp_disconnect' function. Consequently, unauthenticated attackers can exploit this flaw by crafting malicious requests and tricking administrators into executing them. Successful exploitation leads to the deactivation of the SendWP plugin.
