Summary

CVE-2023-4238 is a vulnerability affecting the Prevent files / folders access plugin for WordPress before version 2.5.2. This issue permits attackers to bypass the plugin's file upload validation, potentially allowing them to upload arbitrary files, including PHP ones, to the server. Successful exploitation could result in unauthorized code execution and subsequent security compromises.
