Summary

CVE-2023-42371 is a Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Summernote Rich Text Editor version 0.8.18 and earlier. This issue enables remote attackers to inject malicious scripts into the editor component, specifically the "insert link" function.
