Summary

CVE-2023-42180 is a newly disclosed vulnerability affecting lenosp versions 1.0-1.2.0. This issue permits attackers to upload arbitrary files to the /user/upload component, which can then be used to execute malicious HTML code, posing a significant security risk. By crafting a specially designed JPG file, an attacker can exploit this vulnerability and inject malicious code into the targeted system. Successful exploitation could lead to unauthorized system access, data theft, or potential system compromise.
