Summary
CVE-2023-42004 involves a vulnerability in IBM Security Guardium versions 11.3, 11.4, and 11.5. This issue stems from insufficient validation of CSV (Comma Separated Values) file contents, rendering the software susceptible to CSV injection attacks. An attacker can exploit this weakness remotely and execute malicious commands, as identified by IBM X-Force with ID 265262.
