Summary

CVE-2023-41973 is a vulnerability affecting Win ZApp's ZSATray. The issue lies in the TrayManager component, which constructs the path to an executable file by appending the previousInstallerName received as a config parameter from ZSATray. This can lead to the execution of unintended or malicious software residing in the previous installer's directory. To mitigate this risk, users are advised to upgrade to Win ZApp 4.3.0.121 or a later version.
