Summary
CVE-2023-41930 is a vulnerability affecting the Jenkins Job Configuration History Plugin version 1227.v7a_79fc4dc01f and earlier. This issue permits attackers to manipulate configuration history entries by bypassing restrictions on the 'name' query parameter. As a result, Jenkins may render a falsified history entry that did not originate from the plugin. This security weakness could potentially allow unauthorized modifications to Jenkins job configurations.
