Summary

CVE-2023-41855 is a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting versions prior to 0.1 of the Regpacks Regpack plugin for Auth. (admin+). An attacker can exploit this flaw by injecting malicious scripts into data fields, which are later stored and served back to users. Upon accessing the affected page, unsuspecting users would unknowingly execute the scripts, potentially leading to account takeovers, data theft, or other forms of unauthorized access. Upgrading to a patched version is strongly advised as a mitigation measure.
