Summary

CVE-2023-41801 is a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability affecting the AWP Classifieds Team Ad Directory & Listings plugin versions 4.3 and below by AWP Classifieds. This issue allows an attacker to trick a user into performing unwanted actions unintentionally, such as making unauthorized changes to their account or sensitive data. The attacker can exploit this vulnerability by crafting malicious requests that the victim's browser sends to the application server, enabling the attacker to hijack the user session. Successful exploitation may result in significant data loss or unintended modifications to the affected system. Users are advised to update their plugins to the latest version as soon as possible to mitigate this vulnerability.
