Summary

CVE-2023-41736 is a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting version 6.2 of the Gopi Ramasamy Email posts to subscribers plugin. An attacker can inject malicious scripts into administrative email content, which are then stored and executed whenever the email is viewed by other users. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability could lead to unauthorized account takeover, data theft, or other malicious activities. System administrators are advised to update the plugin to a patched version as soon as possible to mitigate this risk.
