Summary

CVE-2023-4166 is a newly disclosed critical vulnerability impacting Tongda OA. The issue lies in the unknown code of the file delete_log.php located in the general/system/seal_manage/dianju directory. An sql injection vulnerability is present, which can be triggered by manipulating the argument DELETE_STR. This exploit has been made public and may be used maliciously. Upgrading to Tongda OA version 11.10 is the recommended solution, and it is strongly advised to apply the patch as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the vendor did not respond to early disclosure notifications regarding this vulnerability. (VDB-236182)
