Summary

CVE-2023-4152 is a path traversal vulnerability affecting Frauscher Sensortechnik GmbH's FDS101 device for FAdC/FAdCi versions 1.4.24 and prior. An attacker can exploit this issue by crafting a malicious URL and accessing the web interface without authentication. Successful exploitation grants the attacker the ability to read all files on the FDS101 device, posing a significant risk to sensitive information. Unauthenticated remote attackers can take advantage of this vulnerability to gain unauthorized access and potentially cause harm to the affected system.
