Summary

CVE-2023-41277 is a recently disclosed vulnerability affecting several QNAP operating system versions. This issue involves a buffer copy without proper input size check, which can be exploited by authenticated administrators to execute code over a network. The affected QTS, QuTS hero, and QuTScloud versions include 5.1.2.2533, 5.1.2.2534, and 5.1.5.2651, respectively. QNAP has already released patches for these versions to address the vulnerability.
