Summary

CVE-2023-41159 is a newly discovered Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability. This issue affects Usermin 2.000 and allows remote attackers to inject malicious web scripts or HTML code by manipulating the autoreply file page. Attackers can exploit this vulnerability by editing the forward file manually, resulting in code execution on the victim's account when they view or edit their autorereply. Successful exploitation can lead to full account takeover, session hijacking, or data theft. Users are advised to update their Usermin installation as soon as possible to mitigate this risk.
