Summary

CVE-2023-41157 is a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting Usermin 2.000. Attackers can exploit this issue by injecting arbitrary web scripts or HTML code through the folder name parameter when creating new folders for the folder tab, filter tab, and forward mail tab. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute malicious code on unsuspecting users' browsers, potentially leading to data theft, session hijacking, or other forms of unauthorized access. Users are strongly encouraged to update to the latest version of Usermin to mitigate this risk.
