Summary
CVE-2023-40720 is a newly identified vulnerability affecting FortiVoiceEntreprise versions 7.0.0 through 7.0.1 and older than 6.4.8. This issue, classified as CWE-639 or an authorization bypass, enables authenticated attackers to exploit user-controlled keys and gain unauthorized access to the SIP configuration of other users. The vulnerability can be potentially exploited through crafted HTTP or HTTPS requests.
