Summary

CVE-2023-40607 is a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability affecting versions 1.10.0 and below of the CLUEVO plugin for the CLUEVO LMS, an E-Learning Platform. Attackers can exploit this flaw to conduct unauthorized actions on behalf of users, who are currently authenticated and interacting with the affected platform. This can lead to data manipulation, unauthorized access to sensitive information, or even system compromise. Users are advised to upgrade to a patched version of the plugin as soon as possible to mitigate this risk.
