Summary
CVE-2023-39440 is a vulnerability affecting SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence version 420. Under specific circumstances, user credentials may not be adequately protected due to improper memory handling upon user login. This issue grants an attacker local access to the system the opportunity to gain unauthorized access to user credentials without impacting availability or integrity.
