Summary

CVE-2023-39322 is a cybersecurity vulnerability affecting QUIC connections. Malicious QUIC connections can send excessively large post-handshake messages, causing unbounded memory growth in the affected system. This issue does not set a limit on the data buffered during message reading, leading to potential memory exhaustion. The vulnerability has been addressed by implementing a 65KiB size limit for messages in QUIC connections.
