Summary
CVE-2023-3932 is a vulnerability affecting GitLab Enterprise Edition (EE). Versions 13.12 to 15.7.8, 16.1 to 16.1.2, and 16.2 to 16.2.1 are vulnerable. An attacker could exploit this issue by manipulating scheduled security scan policies, enabling them to run pipeline jobs as an arbitrary user. This represents a significant security risk as it allows unauthorized access and potential data compromise.
