Summary

CVE-2023-39286 is a newly disclosed vulnerability affecting the Connect Mobility Router component of Mitel MiVoice Connect versions prior to 9.6.2304.102. This issue enables unauthenticated attackers to execute Cross Site Request Forgeries (CSRF), taking advantage of insufficient request validation. An attacker, upon successful exploitation, could manipulate a victim into clicking a malicious link, leading to the modification of system configuration settings. This vulnerability poses a significant risk, as it does not require user credentials and could potentially result in serious consequences. Mitel urges users to update their systems as soon as possible to mitigate this threat.
