Summary
CVE-2023-39224 is a vulnerability affecting the Archer C5 firmware in all versions and the Archer C7 firmware prior to 'Archer C7(JP)_V2_230602'. This issue enables a network-adjacent, authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary OS commands. Although Archer C5 is no longer supported, users of this product are advised to take extra precautions. Affected Archer C7 users, on the other hand, should update to the aforementioned firmware version to mitigate the risk.
