Summary
CVE-2023-38988 is a vulnerability affecting jeesite v1.2.6, where the delete function in the OaNotifyController class is exploitable. Authenticated attackers can misuse this issue to arbitrarily delete notifications generated by Administrators, posing a significant risk to data integrity.
