Summary
CVE-2023-38878 is a reflected cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting DevCode OpenSTAManager versions 2.4.24 to 2.4.47. This issue allows a remote attacker to inject malicious JavaScript into the 'error' and 'error_description' parameters of 'oauth2.php'. Successful exploitation can lead to arbitrary code execution in the victim's web browser, potentially resulting in unauthorized access to sensitive information or system takeover. Users are advised to update their OpenSTAManager installations to the latest version to mitigate this threat.
