Summary
CVE-2023-38625 is a post-authentication Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability identified in Trend Micro Apex Central 2019, which is below build 6481. An attacker who has already gained the ability to execute low-privileged code on the target system can leverage this flaw to interact with internal or local services directly. This issue shares some similarities with CVE-2023-38624, but they are not identical.
