Summary
CVE-2023-38624 is a post-authentication Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability affecting Trend Micro Apex Central 2019 versions below build 6481. An attacker, who has already gained the ability to execute low-privileged code on the target system, can exploit this flaw to interact with internal or local services directly. This vulnerability is distinct, but related to CVE-2023-38625 through CVE-2023-38627, as they all involve SSRF issues in Trend Micro Apex Central.
