Summary

CVE-2023-38532 is a stack exhaustion vulnerability affecting various versions of Parasolid, including V34.1, V35.0, and V35.1, as well as Teamcenter Visualization in versions V14.1, V14.2, and V14.3. This issue arises when processing a maliciously crafted X_T file, leading to an exhaustion of the application's stack. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability to induce a denial of service condition. Users are advised to update to the following patched versions: Parasolid V34.1.258, V35.0.254, V35.1.171; Teamcenter Visualization V14.1.0.11, V14.2.0.6, and V14.3.0.3.
