Summary

CVE-2023-38378 is a vulnerability affecting the web interface on RIGOL MSO5000 digital oscilloscopes with firmware 00.01.03.00.03. An attacker can remotely execute arbitrary code by manipulating shell metacharacters in the pass1 parameter of the webcontrol changepwd.cgi application.
