Summary

CVE-2023-38186 is a newly disclosed vulnerability affecting Windows Mobile Device Management. Hackers can exploit this Elevation of Privilege (EoP) issue to gain elevated access to affected systems. An attacker can send a specially crafted message to a targeted device, causing the vulnerability to be triggered. Successful exploitation grants the attacker administrative control, allowing them to install unauthorized software, view, modify, or delete sensitive data.
