Summary
CVE-2023-38161 is a newly disclosed Windows GDI (Graphics Device Interface) vulnerability that allows an attacker to gain elevated privileges on a system. This vulnerability, which impacts certain Microsoft Windows versions, can be exploited by sending a specially crafted application or document to a user, tricking them into opening it.
