Summary
CVE-2023-38159 is a newly disclosed vulnerability affecting the Windows Graphics Component. Thiselevation of privilege (EoP) issue allows attackers to potentially gain administrative access to an affected system. By exploiting this vulnerability, an attacker could run arbitrary code with higher privileges, leading to serious security implications.
