Summary
CVE-2023-38063 is a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting JetBrains TeamCity versions prior to 2023.05.1. This issue allows attackers to inject malicious scripts into custom builds, which are then executed within the TeamCity web interface when a user views the build results. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability could lead to unauthorized access to user sessions or the exfiltration of sensitive data. It is recommended that users upgrade to the latest version of JetBrains TeamCity to mitigate this risk.
