Summary
CVE-2023-3804 is a newly disclosed vulnerability affecting the Chengdu Flash Flood Disaster Monitoring and Warning System 2.0. This issue lies in the unknown code of the file /Service/FileHandler.ashx and arises from the manipulation of the userFile argument. The exploitation of this flaw allows for unrestricted file uploads. The vulnerability, identified as VDB-235072, has been made public and may be exploited by attackers.
