Summary
CVE-2023-37948 is a vulnerability affecting the Jenkins Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Compute Plugin version 1.0.16 and earlier. This issue allows man-in-the-middle attacks due to the plugin's failure to validate SSH host keys when connecting to Oracle Cloud Infrastructures. An attacker can intercept and modify data transmitted between the Jenkins server and the Oracle Cloud, potentially leading to unauthorized access or data theft. Users are advised to update their plugins to the latest version to mitigate this risk.
