Summary

CVE-2023-3779: The Essential Addons For Elementor plugin for WordPress contains a vulnerability affecting versions up to 5.8.1. Unauthenticated attackers can obtain a site's MailChimp API key due to the plugin adding the API key to the source code of pages running the MailChimp block. This issue is only relevant to sites using the premium version of the plugin and having the MailChimp block enabled. To mitigate the risk, it is recommended to reset any compromised MailChimp API keys. This vulnerability allows unauthorized access to MailChimp accounts associated with the affected WordPress sites.
