Summary

CVE-2023-37611 is a Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting Neos CMS version 8.3.3. An authenticated attacker can exploit this issue by uploading a maliciously crafted SVG file to the neos/management/media component. Once uploaded, the attacker can inject and execute arbitrary code, potentially leading to unintended actions or data theft. This vulnerability poses a significant risk, especially in environments where user authentication is compromised.
