Summary
CVE-2023-37490 is a vulnerability affecting versions 420 and 430 of the SAP Business Objects Installer. An attacker with network access can exploit this weakness by overwriting an executable file during the installation process. Replacing the file with a malicious version enables the attacker to gain complete control over the system, compromising its confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
