Summary
CVE-2023-37243 is a vulnerability that allows standard users to elevate their privileges by exploiting the automatic launch of the C:\\Windows\\Temp\\Agent.Package.Availability\\Agent.Package.Availability.exe file as SYSTEM during system reboots. Since this file resides in the C:\\Windows\\Temp\\Agent.Package.Availability folder, which inherits permissions from C:\\Windows\\Temp, an attacker can write a malicious DLL to this location, leading to DLL hijacking and privilege escalation.
