Summary
CVE-2023-36923 is a local access vulnerability affecting SAP SQLA for PowerDesigner 17, which comes bundled with SAP PowerDesigner 16.7 SP06 PL03. An attacker who manages to gain local access to a system can exploit this vulnerability by planting a malicious library. Once executed by the application, the attacker can control its behavior, posing a significant security risk.
