Summary

CVE-2023-36793 is a newly discovered vulnerability affecting Microsoft Visual Studio. This issue permits an attacker to execute arbitrary code remotely on a vulnerable system. The vulnerability exists in the way Visual Studio handles remote debugging sessions. An attacker can exploit this weakness by sending specially crafted packets to a targeted system, potentially leading to serious security consequences.
