Summary

CVE-2023-36375 is a Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Hostel Management System v2.1. An attacker can exploit this flaw by injecting malicious code into the Guardian name, relation, complimentary address, city, permanent address, and city parameters in the Book Hostel & Room Details page. Successful exploitation could allow the attacker to execute arbitrary code on the victim's browser, potentially stealing sensitive information or taking control of the session.
