Summary

CVE-2023-3637 is an uncontrolled resource consumption vulnerability affecting OpenStack-Neutron. A remote, authenticated user can abuse this issue by querying a list of security groups for an invalid project, leading to the creation of resources that exceed the user's quota. This in turn can result in a denial of service if a malicious user submits a large number of requests.
