Summary
CVE-2023-3626 is a critical vulnerability affecting Suncreate Mountain Flood Disaster Prevention Monitoring and Early Warning System up to version 20230706. The issue lies in the component UpLoadFloodPlanFile and specifically the file /Duty/AjaxHandle/UpLoadFloodPlanFile.ashx. Manipulation of the argument Filedata allows for unrestricted upload, which can be exploited remotely. This vulnerability, identified as VDB-233579, has been disclosed to the public and may be actively exploited. Despite early contact, the vendor has not responded to the disclosure.
