Summary

CVE-2023-35993 is a use-after-free vulnerability that has been addressed in multiple Apple operating systems. Affected versions include macOS Monterey 12.6.7 and earlier, iOS 15.7.7 and earlier, iPadOS 15.7.7 and earlier, iOS 16.5 and earlier, iPadOS 16.5 and earlier, tvOS 16.5 and earlier, macOS Big Sur 11.7.8 and earlier, and macOS Ventura 13.4.9 and earlier. This issue could potentially allow an application to execute arbitrary code with kernel privileges. Apple has released patches for all affected versions to mitigate this vulnerability.
