Summary
CVE-2023-35960 is a critical vulnerability affecting GTKWave 3.3.115 where multiple OS command injection issues are identified in the decompression functionality. An attacker can craft a malicious VCD (Values Change Dump) file, which, when opened, can lead to arbitrary command execution. This vulnerability specifically impacts the legacy decompression feature in the `vcd_main` module, potentially putting users at risk if they open untrusted files.
