Summary
CVE-2023-35952 is a critical vulnerability affecting libigl v2.4.0, where multiple stack-based buffer overflows are identified in the readOFF.cpp functionality. Maliciously crafted .off files are capable of triggering these vulnerabilities, potentially leading to arbitrary code execution. The affected code segment is responsible for parsing comments within the geometric faces section within an OFF file.
