Summary

CVE-2023-35798 is an input validation vulnerability affecting both the Apache Airflow ODBC Provider and MSSQL Provider from the Apache Software Foundation. This issue, deemed low severity, arises when the `get_sqlalchemy_connection` function is used in a DAG and an attacker gains access to connection resources, allowing them to update the connection with malicious input. Affected versions include Apache Airflow ODBC Provider before 4.0.0 and Apache Airflow MSSQL Provider before 3.4.1. To mitigate this risk, it is recommended to upgrade to a non-affected version as soon as possible.
